It may be faced while trying to register license

To resolve this you need to check below things like

1. UAC setting (it should be placed on never notified)
2. Firewall and protections should be off
3. Window’s current user should not be locked (can be checked from c:/window/user)
4. Try with changing dns of networks by 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
5. By installed connectivity utility (you can download from down.macwill.in by searching error 0)
6. Administrator account should be enable
7. If all methods doesn’t work then need to changed their internet connection by third party like dongle or mobile network
